La Educación a Distancia en el Contexto de los Cuerpos de Bomberos: Una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura

Los cuerpos de bomberos son instituciones responsables de una serie de servicios operativos complejos y el reto consiste en transmitir conocimientos a su personal de forma eficaz y completa. La educación a distancia es una opción para resolver este problema. Este trabajo presenta una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura con el objetivo de verificar cómo la educación a distancia ha sido aplicada por los Cuerpos de Bomberos y qué impactos está teniendo en la enseñanza, proporcionando una visión general de cómo las instituciones se están posicionando en la enseñanza digital a distancia a lo largo del tiempo. Para ello, tras aplicar los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, se seleccionaron 22 estudios que fueron analizados en función de las 5 preguntas de investigación. Se pudo constatar que las corporaciones, predominantemente tradicionales y centradas en la enseñanza presencial, están introduciendo paulatinamente la enseñanza a distancia, con tendencia a la formación híbrida, consiguiendo acortar distancias y reducir costes. También se observó que este tema aún debe ser más explorado por las corporaciones y para ello es necesario acabar con las resistencias personales y organizativas. El panorama que aquí se presenta pretende ofrecer una visión general y actual de la formación a distancia en el contexto de los cuerpos de bomberos y contribuir a futuras implantaciones.
