Abstract

This epistemological and theoretical-conceptual essay examines the digital transformation of Angolan education through a Bantu conceptual framework, articulating three foundations: Ondjango, Ubuntu, and the Theory of Connection Saturation, within a comparative African educational perspective. The reflection is supported by a bibliometric analysis of documents retrieved from the Web of Science and Scopus databases and examined using Biblioshiny, the interface of the bibliometrix package in R, as support for conceptual construction and articulation. The essay seeks to understand how Ondjango and Ubuntu can provide epistemological, conceptual, and methodological foundations for the architecture of the Angolan digital school, particularly within the Meu Kamba Cloud model. The literature identifies Ubuntu as an internationally consolidated philosophical-educational category, while Ondjango emerges as a community-based matrix associated with culture, dialogue, and traditional learning. The Theory of Connection Saturation interprets digital learning as a process of relational densification among subjects, knowledge, technologies, and cultural contexts. It is argued that digital transformation from a Bantu perspective should not be understood as mere technological adoption, but as a process of pedagogical inculturation in which community, technology, and knowledge are articulated within hybrid, inclusive, and culturally grounded ecosystems.
