Microlearning focuses on breaking down complex content into smaller and more manageable units, an emerging practice within digital culture driven by technological advances. Unlike conventional approaches that rely on long study sessions in structured environments, microlearning adapts to the decreasing attention span associated with the intense consumption of multimodal information. This article investigates the concept of microlearning and presents a theoretical–applied study in which a proof-of-concept implementation based on artificial intelligence is developed to generate and deliver microlearning content through messaging platforms. The prototype demonstrates the technical feasibility of this approach and illustrates how educational content can be dynamically distributed in digital environments. No empirical validation with students was conducted in this stage of the research, as the main objective is to demonstrate the technological implementation and discuss its potential to support educational practices. The results suggest that the integration of microlearning, artificial intelligence, and communication platforms can expand learning opportunities beyond the traditional classroom environment.
